All our jewelry is handcrafted in our atelier in Antwerp (Belgium), the diamond capital of the world.

Never! We only use solid gold (not vermeil or plated gold) in our jewlery to ensure it stays intact for everyday wear. You don't have to take them off while showering, swimming, sleeping or working out . You can wear our jewelry 24/7 without the jewelry losing its shine or tarnishing in any way.

We always use the highest quality of diamonds for our jewelry.

The simple answer is YES!

The only thing that makes a lab-grown diamonds different from natural diamonds is their origin. Lab-grown diamonds are “grown” inside a lab using technology to replicate the natural diamond growing process. The result is a man-made diamond that is chemically, physically, and optically the same as those grown below the earth’s surface.

Lab-grown diamonds are not fakes or cubic zirconias. They have all the same physical and chemical properties of a mined diamond, in fact even experts would need very special equipment only available in gemological laboratories to tell the difference between a mined or a lab-grown diamond.

Our gold is completely zinc-free. Our yellow and rose gold is always nickel-free, while our white gold contains a tiny amount of it.

We use 14k gold because it scratches less and doesn’t bent or wear out as easily as 18K gold. Solid 14k gold comes at a much fairer price without diminishing its aesthetic.

We recommend going to your favourite idyl earring in our shop. When selecting a diamond stud size, all the pictures will automatically change to showcase the size you selected. Let’s say you selected the medium diamond stud size, you will then see the medium stud size on the model as well as on the product image. This really helps in comparing stud sizes.

Our idyl solid gold chain can be worn in 3 lengths; choker look, mid-stack or a looser fit - it's adjustable at 15” (37cm), 17”(42cm) and 18” (45cm). Perfect for stacking.

Pick a diamond stud size (petite, medium or big) and choose your idyl add-ons to start building your idyl collection. All of our studs fit perfectly into all of our add-ons, so that you can mix and match to create new stacks.

The idyl chain is adjustable in 3 lengths (15'',17'',18'') and fits perfectly into all of our add-ons. By having one chain and multiple add-ons you can constantly change your look while using the same base.

For earrings; all of our add-ons are made to fit all of our idyl studs perfectly. We can't guarantee your own studs will fit our add-ons.

For necklaces; all of our add-ons are made to go through our idyl chain perfectly. We can't guarantee that the add-ons will go through your own chain.

United States & Canada:
Import duties are ALWAYS included for shipments to the United States and Canada. Sales tax will be calculated at checkout. We guarantee that there won’t be any additional charges upon arrival. If a refund is issued, the full amount you paid (including duties and sales tax) will be refunded.

European Union, United Kingdom, Norway, Switzerland, Australia, Hong Kong, Singapore, Japan, Taiwan, Malaysia and the United Arab Emirates:
In these regions, no additional duties or taxes will apply. VAT or local taxes are ALWAYS included in the final price at checkout. We guarantee there won’t be any extra charges upon arrival. If a refund is issued, the full amount you paid will be refunded.

For all other regions:

We use DHL Express on all orders.

For order processing and fulfillment, please allow 1-2 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as tracking information is available.

Please note, for product launches, restocks, holidays and promotional periods, please allow up to 3-4 business days for order processing due to our high volume.

The shipping date (= the date on which your idyl pieces leave our atelier) is mentioned on all product pages depending on stock levels.

You can track your order through the DHL link that you have received by email. If you have any problem whatsoever, drop us a line at hello@idyl.com and we will make sure to help you out.

Rest assured, your package is fully insured by us.

All shipments are 100% covered, so you can relax knowing your order is protected. Once your order is dispatched you’ll receive a shipping confirmation and tracking notice from DHL. If your order doesn’t arrive within 7 days of that DHL notice, please contact us promptly to ensure we can initiate the insurance process within the required time frame and arrange a replacement for you.

Of course! At idyl we offer a no questions asked return policy. You are allowed to exchange or return your pieces 30 days from delivery*. Just make sure that the items are returned unworn and in the original packaging.

*orders placed from November 7th until December 2nd 2024 are eligible for our 60 days extended return policy.

Orders placed from November 7th, 2024 until December 2nd, 2024 are eligible for our extended holiday return policy, which allows you to return unworn pieces in their original packaging within 60 days.

Orders placed after this specific period are eligible for our 30-day "no question asked return policy".

Yes! Returns or exchanges are always on us! You won't have to pay any shipping fee and will be fully refunded as soon as we receive your package.

Send us an e-mail with your order number to hello@idyl.com and we will provide you with a return label and the shipping instructions.

The full amount of your return will be refunded within a maximum of 5 days after receiving the piece in our atelier for verification.

Each country has its own regulations regarding customs and duties. Consequently, we can only provide you with a return or exchange label from the country where the order was initially shipped.

For example, if your order was delivered in the US, we can only supply you with a return label from the US, and we will be unable to process a return if you need to return the items from another country.

If you return all your items make sure to include the complimentary goodies/ luxury gifts as well.

For every idyl piece, you get a 2 year warranty for any manufacturing defects. This does not cover damages caused by accidents, scratches arisen from normal
wear, neglect or improper use.

For our Piercing Collection:
Every piercing includes a flat screw back for maximum comfort and to minimize the risk of losing an earring backing.

Our regular earrings (Diamond Stud) comes with a standard butterfly backing.

For our Piercing Collection:
The flat screw backings are 8mm long.

We suggest to wear the idyl Piercing Collection on the earlobe, ear conch, ear midi, or inner helix. The tragus will probably need a shorter backing.

For the Piercing Collection:

First, slide the flat screw back through the back of your piercing hole. Then, carefully screw on the front piece. Ensure the front piece is perfectly aligned with the back screw to be able to screw it in properly.

The Piercing Collection are their own earrings that fit alone into the piercing hole with an 8-millimeter-long flat screw back for comfort and security.

We offer US ring sizes 3 to 11 to make the experience as perfect as possible. We offer both whole and half sizes.

Yes. Exchanges and full refunds for rings will be possible. If you get your ring and are not 100% satisfied with the size, you can exchange the ring for a different size. Note that since every size is made to order, the exchange to a different size will take 3 weeks. Therefore, we urge everyone to double-check their size before purchasing. You can use the different methods to confirm your size. This will help ensure that you can enjoy your ring as soon as possible.

Cut a thin strip of paper or use the printable ring sizer PDF (which you can download here). Wrap the paper around your desired finger. Make sure it sits tight - the tighter the better. Mark the spot where the paper meets. Measure the length of the paper. Use the circumference conversion chart to determine your ring size.

We offer 3 to 11 US ring sizes. We offer whole and half sizes. We wanted to offer the best range possible.

US sizes are the same as Canadian sizes.

The bands on the rings are all perfectly dainty at 1.65mm width. They are lightweight but not hollow, giving them a very luxurious feel. 

Our jewelry is made for everyday wear but we would advise to store them in a safe place when not wearing them and to clean them gently using our Care Kit to keep their lustre and shine impeccable. You can find more details on our Care page as well.
