2. Lab-Grown Diamond Disclosure
All diamonds sold by IDYL are lab-grown (also referred to as laboratory-created, man-made, or cultivated).
These diamonds are not mined from the earth but possess the same physical, chemical, and optical properties as natural diamonds.
By purchasing from us, you acknowledge and agree to this disclosure.

3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use this Site or make purchases.

4. Orders and Acceptance
We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including orders suspected of fraud, abuse, or resale activity.

We strive to display product images and colors accurately, but we do not guarantee exact representation.

Ownership and risk of loss transfer to you once the order is marked as delivered by the carrier.
If you believe your package is missing, you must contact us promptly. We will assist in investigating with the carrier.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages where delivery has been confirmed, except where required by law.

As part of our quality control process, we may document order fulfillment, including photographic or video evidence of packaged items.
This documentation may be used to verify shipment contents in the event of a dispute.

11. Fraud and Abuse
We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or limit transactions where fraud or abuse is suspected.
False claims of non-delivery or missing items may be treated as fraudulent activity and may be reported to payment providers or authorities.

12. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
You agree to contact us at hello@idyl.com before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute.
If a chargeback is initiated, we reserve the right to provide order details, delivery confirmation, and fulfillment documentation to contest the claim.
We may:
- Refuse future orders
- Suspend accounts
- Recover costs or fees to the extent permitted by law

13. Returns and Refunds
Return Conditions
Items must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In original condition
- Returned with all original packaging

We reserve the right to refuse or partially refund returns that do not meet these conditions.

Inspection and Approval
All returns are inspected upon receipt.
Refunds are issued only after approval and are processed within 5 business days to the original payment method.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping.
We are not liable for lost or damaged returns.

14. Warranty
We provide a two-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects only.
This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.

We partner with Global-e for checkout, payment processing, and logistics.
By placing an order, you acknowledge that Global-e may act as Merchant of Record and you agree to their terms and policies.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IDYL INC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

19. Dispute Resolution and Binding Arbitration
Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA).
- Arbitration will take place in Miami-Dade County, Florida
- A single arbitrator will decide the dispute
- The decision is final and binding

Class Action Waiver
You agree to resolve disputes individually, not as part of a class or collective action.

Jury Trial Waiver
You waive any right to a jury trial.

20. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
If arbitration does not apply, disputes shall be resolved exclusively in courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.

21. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, transportation issues, or supply disruptions.
