I know my ring size, but don’t know how to convert it to the US size?
You can convert any ring size to the idyl US size by using the ring size guide on any ring product page.
We offer conversions for ring sizes from Canada / United Kingdom / Australia / Europe.
Can I exchange my ring if the size is not right? Do you offer full refunds?
Yes. Exchanges and full refunds for rings will be possible. If you get your ring and are not 100% satisfied with the size, you can exchange the ring for a different size. Note that since every size is made to order, the exchange to a different size will take between 2-3 weeks. Therefore, we urge everyone to double-check their size before purchasing. You can use the different methods here (https://idyl.com/pages/ring-sizer) to confirm your size. This will help ensure that you can enjoy your ring as soon as possible.
What if I need another size that is smaller or bigger than 4 to 9?

If you have a ring that fits comfortably, you can measure the inner diameter in millimeters and use our diameter conversion chart on the ring sizing page. If you do not have a ruler that measures millimeters, try and download the ring sizing PDF. The PDF includes a small ruler in millimeters.
