Every ring will be hand-made to order in our idyl ateliers. This process will take 2-3 weeks to ensure every ring is made to the idyl standard. Each piece passes through 8 pairs of hands to ensure every little part is done to perfection.

What sizes does idyl use for their rings?
We offer US ring sizes 3 to 11 to make the experience as smooth as possible. We offer both whole and half sizes.
I know my ring size, but don’t know how to convert it to the US size?
You can convert any ring size to the idyl US size by using the ring size guide on any ring product page.
We offer conversions for ring sizes from Canada / United Kingdom / Australia / Europe.

Can I exchange my ring if the size is not right? Do you offer full refunds?
Yes. Exchanges and full refunds for rings will be possible. If you get your ring and are not 100% satisfied with the size, you can exchange the ring for a different size. Note that since every size is made to order, the exchange to a different size will take 3 weeks. Therefore, we urge everyone to double-check their size before purchasing. You can use the different methods to confirm your size. This will help ensure that you can enjoy your ring as soon as possible.
What if I need another size that is smaller or bigger than 3 to 11?
We currently do not offer custom sizes but you can email us at hello@idyl.com and we'll make sure to take it into consideration for next launches.

I have a ring that fits, how do I find out which idyl US size it is?
If you have a ring that fits comfortably, you can measure the inner diameter in millimeters and use our diameter conversion chart on the ring sizing page. If you do not have a ruler that measures millimeters, try and download the ring sizing PDF. The PDF includes a small ruler in millimeters.
You can also download the ring sizing PDF and place your ring over the circles to determine your idyl US ring size.
I don’t know my ring size, how do I best find my perfect idyl ring size?
Cut a thin strip of paper or use the printable ring sizer PDF. Wrap the paper around your desired finger. Make sure it sits tightly but comfortably. Mark the spot where the paper meets. Measure the length of the paper. Use the circumference conversion chart to determine your ring size.

Does idyl offer half or quarter US ring sizes?
Yes. Since idyl rings are made to measure we have decided to offer both whole and half US sizes from 3-11 to make the experience as perfect as possible.

US sizes are the same as Canadian sizes.
EU sizes are inner circumference sizes in millimeters.
