Refund policy

At idyl we offer a 'no-questions-asked' return policy. You are allowed to exchange or return your pieces 30 days from delivery. Just make sure that the items are returned unworn and in the original packaging.

To start a return, contact us at hello@idyl.com. We will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package from. 

Return shipments are always on us! You won't have to pay anything.

The full amount of your return will be refunded within a maximum of 5 days after receiving the piece in our atelier for verification.
